Uses / Indications:

Hep 25 Injection is used in the treatment and prevention of deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, unstable angina and heart attack.

Interactions / Warnings:

Interaction with alcohol is unknown. Please consult your doctor.

Pregnancy Interaction:

Hep 25 Injection may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Do not heparin if you are sensitive to heparin or any other ingredients of the drug. Avoid using heparin are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not heparin if you are already taking aspirin or other blood thinner medications. Tell your doctor if your injury or illness does not improve, or gets worse after heparin treatment.
